Google engaged Verité to customize and deliver a remote, 4-day Auditor Investigative Skills and Action Planning Workshop based on the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA)-certified social systems auditor course originally developed for the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) auditor training program. The workshop was designed to give the Google program oversight team a working understanding of what is required for effective social auditing and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development.

The training was delivered in a blended format of self-paced assignments and instructor-led (ILT) live training workshops held on the Zoom platform. Real-world case studies, role play, and peer sharing were used to enhance learning. Two separate deliveries were conducted to accommodate teams in the US and Asia.
